About Paul and Julia
Paul and Julia have lived in Cheshire since 1990. They are both keen naturalists and have travelled throughout the UK and beyond photographing birds and other wildlife. Paul has visited Bulgaria, Mallorca, Menorca, Cyprus, Lesvos, Israel, Spain, Portugal, Finland, France, Turkey, Goa, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Gambia, California and Texas; Julia has joined him on most of these trips when able but also birdwatched in Kuwait and several American states when away on business.
Professionally Paul is a Principal Ecologist working four days a week for one of the UK's largest consultancy. Julia is Qualified Person in the Pharmaceutical Industry. They have been married for over 30 years and currently live in rural Cheshire.

Paul and Julia have recently joined the Ocean Wildlife Encounters teams and now provide guest lectures on cruise ships as well as sharing the wonders of the world's seas and oceans with passengers on the cruises.

We both use Canon 5D Mk IV cameras as our first cameras and have 7D's for back-up, or when extra bodies are needed. These are supported by the following lenses:
