There are several commercial hides available for wildlife photography in the UK. I have visited several, but my favourites are Tom Robinson Wildlife Photography Hides near Bourne in Lincolnshire. On Friday, I visited Tom's newest hide - a low-level one-man hide known as "The Funnel".

The hide is located in a field-corner and has been located with Brown Hares in mind. As can be seen it is relatively new, but the hares have already accepted it, and I spent a very enjoyable few hours photographing the hares with the Canon 600mm f/4 on a 5D IV, whilst I had the 400mm f/4 and 1.4x on another 5D IV for some video footage. There were times when I could see 10 hares in a single sweep of the binoculars - but couldn't quite get them all in one shot!!
